Karl was the inspired creation of the late designer, Karl Otto Lagerfeld. The German creative director, fashion designer, artist, photographer, and caricaturist inspired the next generation of fashion and presentation, and because we are fond of fashion icons, we decided to undertake a design and produce a chair that was so sharp, so sleek, so unique for the typical typology of a dining chair that it would inspire more of its kind to change the direction and look of the dining room and dining experience. Karl’s creation is 100% handmade, artisan hands material to create a structural frame which was then upholstered with exceptional stitching detail and curvatures that make it a masterpiece.
